Prologism mainly offers two types of project.<\/p>\n
The first type corresponds to long-term assignments (from 6 months to 3 years). As part of these assignments you will have the opportunity to deal with a subject in depth<\/strong><\/span>. In most cases, you will change subjects and roles during the assignment. By the same token, you will extend your scope of intervention<\/strong><\/span>, your skills and your responsibilities.<\/p>\n The second type corresponds to assignments of shorter duration (from 2 weeks to a few months). These are often audit assignments that we call \u201cdiagnosis & recommendations\u201d. You will always work as part of a team in a \u201cone-off\u201d<\/strong><\/span> operation on an information system to identify the problem areas at the origin of the incidents, and recommend an action plan adapted to restore and maintain the quality of service<\/span><\/strong> of the system. These assignments can be carried out in parallel with longer assignments in agreement with our clients. They are always technically exciting<\/strong><\/span>, allow you to multiply your experiences\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>and<\/span>\u00a0shape the team spirit<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.0.90″]<\/p>\n You will rarely be alone<\/strong><\/span> on your assignment.<\/p>\n A lot of Prologists work together, whether on the same team or in different teams for the same client. Gradually, according to your assignments, you will meet and get to know<\/strong><\/span> all the Prologists.<\/span><\/p>\n You will be regularly invited to Afterwork meetings with all the Prologists where you can have technical discussions but also just relax on a personal level<\/strong><\/span> over a drink.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.0.90″]<\/p>\n Prologism’s compensation model is specific<\/strong> <\/span> and original<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n At first, you will be employed by Prologism and will receive a fixed salary.<\/p>\n After a minimum period of two years, you will have the opportunity to apply, under certain conditions and on co-option, for the status of \u00ab\u00a0future partner\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. This status gives access to the capital of the company after a further two years.
